Evelyn Schwartz considered the Hospital she was forced to go to by the Adult Protective Services as JAIL. She feels treated as a common criminal. ABUSES THAT MUST BE CORRECTED The following is just one of the multitude of wrongs being thrust on the people by the State that this county grand jury can provide a real and lasting solution for. The State has NO standing to interfere with your choice of action and it has even less standing to compel you to follow its rules respecting the use and disposal of your own private life, liberty and property unless it can prove that you are intentionally injuring another. The State has NO General Welfare power over your own private domain. The fact that our trusted government is legislating in that area and that the courts are rubberstamping this overreaching public policy does not alter those facts. YOU DO HAVE THE POWER TO SAY NO! YOU NEED TO BUT USE IT. This is 93 yr old Evelyn Schwartz in Cuyahoga county Ohio for whom a complaint will soon be filed with this county pool to investigate her charges of trespass on her Liberty and property by members and agents of the probate gang.:
check out the press release here In the form of a quick update on Eve circumstances; On Saturday Nov 13 the cops took Eves caregiver into custody on a trumped up felony assault charge that has no factual substance at all and where the cops apparently coerced the alleged victim to claim the caregiver injured her, leaving Eve without a caregiver. Betty Brown jumped into action and got the caregiver out of jail with a $50K bond and they took Eve to Betty's house where they remained until Nov 19 when the Probate court ordered Eve taken into custody, by force if necessary. caregiver and Betty, her POA were issued ex parte protection orders preventing them from contacting Eve. Betty took Eve to the Hospital and notified the court where she was. ISOLATE!! MEDICATE!! STEAL THE ESTATE!!! It should be noted here that the court is claiming that its actions are in Eve's best interest.
